FAQS: Land Sales – Hurricane Creek Estates

A. Yes. You have full use of the property while you are financing. Anything done on the property must be in conformance with local zoning ordinances and must not create a code violation.

A. No, not while owner-financing. Once paid in full, that is possible.

A. The zoning is unrestricted, so you may build whatever you would like on the property. The property may not be timbered without permission of the Seller. You cannot store or dump hazardous wastes or conduct an illegal activities on the property.


A. There are no public utilities on the property. Alternative and off-grid options are permitted.

A. Our owner-financing is very easy. There are no banks and no credit requirements. Simply pay your down payment and documents and we will set you up for automatic monthly payments.

A. Yes, there is no prepayment penalty

A. If permits are required, the Seller will work with you to obtain permits. Seller must receive proof of payment to any contractors hired.


A. Yes, a complete information packet can be provided upon request.

A. That would have to be determined by a certified well company. We do have a cost-effective, workable alternative to drilling a well. Ask for information on our water harvesting units.


A. We have not perc tested the lots, but our alternative utilities can be installed without the use of a perc test.

A. Right now we are collecting $100/year with the owner-financing for property taxes.

A. The hydro water harvesting unit pulls water out of the atmosphere, purifies it and places it in a holding tank so it can then be pumped into your structure and utilized

A. A 3kw solar power unit is included with your lot purchase. This size unit will power a structure of approximately 600-800sf, plus appliances. If more power is needed for your particular needs, the unit is stackable and additional power can be added.

A. There is NO HOA.

A. There is an additional $100/year added to your property taxes withheld with your monthly payment to allow for road maintenance, which will be performed by the Seller until the project is completed. After that, a road maintenance fund will be set up to be administered by a property owner’s committee or a third party agent.

A. For the sitework, this is performed by Country Glamping & Development, LLC and there are several financing options. Once your site plan is determined and approximate cost calculated, we can then direct you to our glamping specialty lenders to make application for funding.

A. The town of Linden is your closest town for all of your necessities. Hohenwald is also very close and there is a Walmart Supercenter here as well. This is about a 25 minute drive from Linden.

A. Yes, there is legal access to Hurricane Creek Estates and directions can be provided upon request.

A. Elevation varies with each lot, as does the terrain, however, the elevation is approximately 800 feet above sea level.
